Shipping Methods
Shipments in Greece.
- For all orders there is a €4.00 shipping fee.
Delivery time
Products are shipped inside and outside Greece in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable legislation, to the place you have indicated to us with one of the available shipping methods you have chosen during the purchase process. As long as the product you ordered is immediately available in our warehouses and as long as there are no other reasons that compel us to temporarily or permanently suspend sales of a Product, an effort will be made to make shipments within 48-92 hours. In any case, the Company must fulfill the provision of the contract at the latest within thirty (30) days from the confirmation of receipt of the order, otherwise you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Us.
We will make every effort to fulfill your order in a reasonable time and within the time limit we have set immediately above, however your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
(a) Because the Product was delayed by our supplier, delayed at customs or in transit and we do not have it in stock at the time we estimated. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order to you without this Product (if it is an order of more than one Product) or to recommend another similar Product.
(b) The Product you ordered has already been discontinued and is unavailable: In rare cases the supplier of a Product suddenly and without warning announces that it is discontinuing it. In this case we will contact you immediately to give you all the alternatives.
(c) During periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
(d) In the event that telephone and/or e-mail communication with you is impossible (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the Product or in relation to its payment) because l .x. your registered information is not correct or up to date.
Non-availability of part of an order: If the unavailability concerns only part of the ordered Products of the order, the rest of the order is executed normally, unless the Products of the order are related, and are to be used as a single whole, and you declare that the partial execution of the order order does not serve your needs or interests, in which case the Company must cancel the entire order.
We would like to inform you that La Marie ships all orders sealed. If you receive your order in an open or damaged package, please do not accept it and contact the sales department immediately by email at info@la-marie.gr
Deliveries are made by courier daily 09:00 - 17:00. If you want a more specific delivery time, you can note it in the comments of your order.
Caution
The desired delivery time is not binding for the courier and may not be followed
- Land Destinations: concerns transport and delivery of shipments to land destinations and the indicative delivery time is 1-2 working days
- Island Destinations: concerns transport and delivery of shipments to island destinations and the indicative delivery time is 1-3 working days
- Inaccessible Areas: concerns the transport and delivery of shipments to areas outside the main cities and the indicative delivery time is 1-4 working days.
