Returns Policy

RETURNS / CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS

The right of withdrawal can be  within 14 days of delivery, provided that by then the jewelry has been returned intact and on time to the company's headquarters (Kyrakali Grevena, PC 51100), have not been unsealed and remain in their original packaging.

Changes or returns to earrings are not allowed for hygiene reasons.

The refund is made after the timely delivery of the products to the company's headquarters and the control of compliance with the terms and conditions of their return by our competent staff there.

Jewelry returned that does not meet the above terms and conditions will not be accepted, unless it is proven that they were defective during shipment to the customer.

The shipping/return costs of the products and any bank transfer costs are borne by you.
The refund is made through the same means you chose to pay (credit/debit card or bank account).

If you have changed your mind about your order, you can cancel it within four hours of its confirmation by us. Send us an e-mail at: info@la-marie.gr by writing in the subject "Order cancellation" and mentioning its number. It is important to contact us at the above time to avoid shipping costs.

When we offer you a discount offered only on the entire order and not on each product separately, if you return part of the products you have received (or if you cancel part of the order and wish to receive the rest of its products), the discount for the products you keep ceases to apply.

If you wish to return products you have received, we recommend that you contact the Customer Service Department of la-marie.gr in advance via email in order to guide you through the process and inform you about the shipping details.
